How to Order/Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. For security purposes, when you place your order, please also enter the 3-digit security code on the back of your credit card. For your security, the billing address for your credit card must match the address we are shipping your order to. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. You may also pay with a Cashiers Check or Money Order in U.S. funds only. We recommend contacting us via email prior to sending your Cashiers Check or Money Order so that we can verify stock on hand as well as give you an invoice total. Please make Cashiers Check and Money Order payments payable to The Total You Cosmetics, and mail to: The Total You Cosmetics The Total You Cosmetics also accepts PayPal as a payment method. Through PayPal, you can either pay with a credit card, bank account or eCheck. If paying with an eCheck, it must clear before your order will be shipped. It usually takes 4 business days for an eCheck to clear. You must have a PayPal account set up prior to using this method of payment. To set up an account with PayPal, visit www.paypal.com. Our PayPal email account to send payments to is: [email protected]. Please include your order number in the note section of the order form. Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped within California. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order, however your actual tax may vary depending upon the city we are shipping to. Coupon Redemption All prices on thetotalyoucosmetics.com are listed in U.S. dollars. You can pay with a credit card or PayPal for any international orders. PayPal payments must be in U.S. dollars. We can only accept orders up to $200 for international shipment without prior approval. SHIPPING Shipping Methods and Rates in the U.S. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The Total You Cosmetics charges a flat amount depending on the size of the order. Orders over $75 qualify for FREE USPS first class or priority shipping (U.S. orders only). In order to qualify for FREE shipping, your order must meet the minimum order amount of $75 after all discounts, coupons and special offers have been applied, and before any delivery charges or sales tax has been added. Shipping Charges for U.S. Orders
Orders over $200 will be sent with signature confirmation. Shipping to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories We do ship to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories by USPS Priority mail only. Delivery times are generally 2 – 3 weeks after shipment. See chart above for shipping charges. USPS Express mail is not available to APO/FPO and U.S. Territory destinations. Payment of any customs and/or duty charges if applicable is the customers’ responsibility. Shipping to International Destinations We currently ship to over 25 international destinations. We will notify you vial email if we do not currently deliver to your country and your order will be cancelled. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International only. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. Your order will normally arrive within 6 – 12 days after shipment; however delivery times will vary depending on the country destination and the local postal service. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and cleared by local customs. Customs policies vary from country to country and thus all charges for customs or other duties are your responsibility. The partnering local Post Office will deliver the package to you once it clears customs. Note: If the USPS does not support International Priority Mail to your country you will be notified via email and your order will be cancelled. If you decide to refuse a package from The Total You Cosmetics, or if it goes unclaimed in customs, or is returned due to an undeliverable address, all shipping charges as well as any customs or other duty charges will be your responsibility and will be subtracted from your merchandise refund once the package is returned to us.
